I drive a 1997 Avalon. The 12 disk changer cassette no longer sits properly.

Normally, one pushes the cassette down, and it clicks into place (some sort of mechanism holds it down). Then, one closes the cover, and the disks load. The only way to eject it should be to push the eject button. However, it does not even click into place now.

It is driving me mad, I can't listen to my music anymore! Please help, thanks.
