my new hemiimtheoneandonlyD 10-06-2005, 03:48 PM Well, new to me. Its an 03 hemi. Offroad package. traded in my 99 ram sport for it. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a345/imtheoneandonlyD/43630057.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a345/imtheoneandonlyD/43630059.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a345/imtheoneandonlyD/43630060.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a345/imtheoneandonlyD/43630058.jpg Now to save up for that superchips ive been hearing so much about. travis712 10-08-2005, 03:50 PM I knew it! I saw your sig in off topic and was confused. I thought it was a noob because I had never seen the sig before, but then it was your screen name, man you got to stop confusing me. Nice truck, get a decent deal on it? imtheoneandonlyD 10-09-2005, 01:52 AM Lol, yeah found it for 14.995. Suprisingly gave me 6,500 for my truck (99 w/ 130k miles). So far im loving it. Got the exhaust done already with a magnaflow muffler and magnaflow tips. Plan on gettin the black headlights for it and then spray tinting the taillights. travis712 10-09-2005, 09:41 AM Nice. Did you hafto bargain for the 6.5k or was that there first offer? Heh, they gave my dad 500 for a 94 s10 with 175,000 miles, it was a POS though, loosing tranny and engine was slowly dying. imtheoneandonlyD 10-10-2005, 12:06 AM They first offered me 6 and i bargained to get more because i just had the entire rear end rebuilt with posi less than 2 months ago(if i known i was trading it in i wouldnt have done that, lol) So they said 6.5 was the most they would go. I thought it was decent because i havent had any major problems IE was still on the first tranny. fredjacksonsan 10-11-2005, 02:47 PM  Good deal, congrats! You had the 5.9 in your old truck, right? How does the HEMI compare? Also, was your old truck 4wd? I see you're in MN, land of snow.... imtheoneandonlyD 10-11-2005, 10:48 PM hemi obviously has a ton more power. Even with the mods i had on my 5.9 the hemi is amazing. The 99 was 4x4 as well as the hemi. I dont think i could live in MN driving a truck without four wheel drive. fredjacksonsan 10-12-2005, 08:06 AM HEMI. Sweeeeet. That's kinda what I figured (more power, 4wd). I know that BleedDodge has a 2wd, and he's a ways up in Canada.... Enjoy! imtheoneandonlyD 10-12-2005, 02:47 PM Thanks man, the 4w also helps when i like to get dirty in the summer time after rain storms. Andydg 10-12-2005, 06:35 PM Congrats on the new truck!!! If I could afford the truck and gas I'd have one too. imtheoneandonlyD 10-13-2005, 12:25 AM Thanks andy, has isnt that bad. Mostly im doing city driving and so far im gettin between 11 and 11.5 MPG. Its got a 23 gal tank, well im assuming cause it was on about a quarter and took 17 gallons to fill. Generally i fill up 2 maaaybe 3 times a week so its not to bad. fredjacksonsan 10-13-2005, 07:39 AM Damn, 2-3 times a week? That's a lot of driving. imtheoneandonlyD 10-15-2005, 01:11 AM Yeah, i do alot of driving. But gas isnt killing me, generall its not a full tank fill up each time. I fill the full tank maybe once a week. Other than that its just putting 20 bucks in at a time. fredjacksonsan 10-15-2005, 11:32 AM Check...I prefer not to stop for gas unless I have to, so fill up all the way. Great fun, putting in $70.00.... imtheoneandonlyD 10-15-2005, 12:34 PM I think last time i filled up it was 53.00 to fill up from a quarter. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
