Can it be done?? my friend just totalled his se-r, but the motor is fine, i have a pos '88 sentra gxe i'm just gonna give him. So were wanting to swap in the se-r engine. he wants to turbo it once we do the swap.
i think it would be the ultimate sleeper, a small 4 door 2000lb pos.

hey, anything can be done with the right amount of time, skill, and money.....I seen a 92 sentra that had the 300zx engine in it.

well one a real note. yes it has been done. your lookin at 3000 dollars min. if you do the work. there is custom fabbing with mounts, stick shifter, custom wiring harness, brake upgrade a must with 140 hp . you need booster ,tranny crossmember, mounts,harness,engine axles. not to forget lots of hair to pull out when you get mad.. Well, i don't need to do any reading, I know that it is costly. By the way who sends their custom work to someone else to do it, if you can't do it yourself then you don't belong driving it. Yes the mounts are different but its nothing that a little weld and a cuts can't take care of. I know cause i made the mounts for him. It was a little time consuming but wasn't hard atall. So, yes it can be done if u want to and have the skill to do it which you prolly don't since you said "if you do the work."

Yes this is ture. thu I don't know everything,most of my knowledge comes from asking and doing it myself . right or wrong. there are about 5 of us in the world that I know of that have some sort of SR20 in the B12 platform and 2 in a B11 be it SR20DE,SR20DETor the rare SR20VE neo .. mine is in a 87 coupe w/SR20 soon to be T next yr. I think.

thats not worth it IMO. just tune the s-10....if u were thinking of puttin it in there, or maybe it was just a fantasy...

still waiting on my rb26dett in a 240...........
