Selector cable replacement

OK! So forget my last thread, I think I found the problem.
I kept reading through the site and I found what I was looking for. I think.......

Anyways has anyone here ever replaced the Selector cables?
I want to save as much money as I can. lol... kind broke.
anyways the parts are gonna cost me 60$ bucks. not so bad. :D
So.... any help? plz?
