windstar hesitation

My 98 windstar just had new plugs and wires. It still has a slight hesitation at highway speeds. It is not real pronounced, but is there just kind of in the background. It is driving me nuts not being able to fix it.

Likely the EGR ports plugged, I just did mine and it made a huge difference. Not that tough a job for the avereage backyard mechanic.Do a search in this forum for EGR and clean the injectors as well while it is apart.
