Didnt have time to put both in today. Had to remount all the stock hardware on the new seat cuz the holes werent even close to lining up on the new hardware, so it took a little time to get it all lined up.

Here's the other one chilling in the garage

Thanks guys! I did the passenger first because when I started the project I didnt know what I would have to do to make them fit, and I had to drive the car later that night, so I did the passenger so if I didnt finish I could still drive it.

Those look really nice both Ace and CRJ! I think i'm going to keep my stock upholestry seats because I don't like leather. I do like the lambo doors Ace!

I agree with your decision. I'd rather have a nicer seating comfort than rims. Even though I got rims and no new seats. I don't like the aftermarket seats. I think it wouldn't look good unless I had a new back seat to match the front two.

I agree. However you could have the backseat reupholstered to match it.

Bho04- all racing seats are not leather man. My side Bolsters are leather trim, but the rest is a sport fabric. I have leather seats in the Pt crusier and i am really not a fan of those. Oh well, it was a free car.

I just think the fact that the bigger seats inside a cavy might look tacky. But that's my opinion I guess. Allthough my friend had some nice ones in his Mustang that when you sat down in it, the seat like grabbed your body. Probably the best comfort i've had sitting in a car.

Or be like me and just pull the back seat

thats what im gonna do, but i gotta figure out away to keep the trunk blocked off but make it look good at the same time.

also about the seats, how do you know if they will fit? they could be to wide or to narrow for the car? im a big guy and the last thing i need is a narrower seat.

i was thinking about these seats: http://www.lmperformance.com/732/23.html in black. but i donno, even tho they are in teh cav section they kinda look to wide.

I didnt know they would fit. Thats why I saved the reciept and test fitted em before installing. And those Corbeau's are hot.

I was thinking just seat covers, not completely new seats but that might be the way to go. Probably cost about the same really with the seat covers I have been looking at. I thought about getting these in the yellow and black neo material for my yellow 03. http://www.legacyseatcovers.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=LMS&Product_Code=c_cavalier_fs

Seat covers for 200 bucks? You should just save up a couple hundred more and get some decent seats. You will kick yourself after you drop that kind of money only to remain with stock seats. Though they are cool.
