:rofl: Well, first of all my question the same???? I did find this site www.turbonator.com they said it will increate up to 35HP, Is anyone know anything about this Turbonator's airflow dynamic or used it?

And for better gas mileage:
my 96' ranger 2.3L was run with 17-20MPG
Now it do with 20-23MPG after I replace new (Motocraft parts) Spark plug and wire, Idle valve and Idle sensor (Idle on my is stuck lot of time the RPM go up to 2000-3000RPM at Idle) and air filter.

Nope. How bad is your 4.0L doing? Our 1998 2.5L / 5spd is not really a fuel sipper either. About the best things you can do is air up the tires somewhere between the door-jamb spec and the tire sidewall max press & go REALLY easy accellerating from a stand-still. I know I've been trying that lately with fuel costs being where they are :banghead: & it helps quite a bit.

don't waste your money on the turbonator. it is a farce. Check out consumer reports. The best bolt on's - Cold air intake(drawback is that it is expensive) might do just as well with a K&N filter, put on and underdrive pulley - big bang for your buck, cat back dual exhaust. You'll see an improvement in your performance and gas mileage but your only talking about 2-4 MPG increase and maybe 20 HP at the wheels. You have to decide if it is worth it. I did all of these and notice a nice increase in throttle response.

what companies make a dual exit cat back kit that would fit a 95 4.0 cabplus short bed? my grandfather may sell his B4000 soon and i am considering buying it. i would want a nice deep tone. what is the performance/sound difference between split rear and single exit?

also, is there a computer tuner/chip/module that does not require premium gas?

I put a vector muffller w/ a dual exhaust on my 3.0 and it sounds really nice. I had to fabricate the intermediate pipe but they sell prebent exhaust pipes for alot of trucks, you just have to look around.

would a split rear exit system make more power on these trucks than a single exit? economy hurt/improved?
