I can't get my plug socket to grip my plugs.... I tried both sizes of sockets, and it fits down in there but just spins, like its not going down all the way onto the plugs. I've tried aplying pressure and rotating it but its won't slip down and fit on to the plugs. I don't get it. What size of plug socket does this thing take!?

Thanks,
Lance

did you get the whole boot off the plug . my boots broke off and i could not get spark plug socket on plugs i spent 1 hour per plug trying to get bottom of boots off plugs. i used a small thin screwdriver and gnawed away at the boot.

I didn't have any problem. Remember to use metric though.

Take New Plug And Make Sure The Socket Fit On It That Should Be Same As Old Plug .let Us Know What Happens. WHICH MOTOR DO YOU HAVE THE 16 VALVE WHERE THE PLUGS SIT INSIDE THE VALVE COVER.LIKE I SAID JUST LOOK ALL THE WAY DOWN MAKE SURE BOOT IS WHOLE NOT BROKEN.
