1.8S vs SE-R suspensionwise

I have a 2004 1.8S and I dont like the ride feel. In the highway when I hit some bad road it vibrates like a mother... (it doesnt last long, I know its not a defect, its just cheap suspension). Big bumps it handles good, but the little ones are the ones I hate. I was just wondering. I dont want to invest in aftermarket suspension (too much money plus I dont want to lower the car). I remember seeing an SE-R stock suspension for sale on ebay pretty cheap. I was wondering if that will bolt on to my sentra and if the ride quality is better. I presume ride would be a little rougher since its a sportier car. I dont mind that. Its the cheap suspension sensation I get on the 1.8S when it vibrates that I cant stand. Or maybe just upgrading the shocks will help. Let me here some opinions.

Also I saw a sentra like mine with a very simple lip kit but it brought the car to life. All I see around are body kits that are too exagerated. Anyone know where I can find that simple lip kit I saw?

THANKS!!!
