Do you mean HPI RS42 Racer? The Pro 2 is an electric car. None the less, both cars are pretty dated. Not that there's anything wrong, but getting replacement parts may become an issue down the road.

different .12 engines vary widely in performance so unless you have more info, it's hard to say what kind of speeds it's capable of.

How much is your goped worth? If your really interested in getting an RC car you may want to consider just selling your goped and buying a more current used car.
