hey guys.,...my cuzin is thinking about buing a RSX-S that was hit in the rear and most of the rear is fked. and taking the engine out and putin it in his 93 civic.... can any of yall tell me about how much will it cost me if i get the RSX-S for 5000$ about how more is it gonna cost him for the entire swap?he is looking for another 3000-4000.+/-...

Well it's out of an RSX-S... So that's a K20A2 Engine, good. However, You're looking at about $4,000-$5,000 more in installation.

A few threads... Into a '95 VX (http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1293676), Into another EG (http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1363937) You can find some better examples easily, those are just a few I was subscribed to.

Good luck, it should be a fun project. And you can make a lot of money parting out the good parts on the RSX :thumbsup:

Ya that sounds about right fro the price unless you know people who can give you a cheaper price, me advice is to chewck out this forum www.k20.org/forum where many people there have done the swap and can help you out. And when you decide to put teh engine in you should check out teh swap kit that hasport has which gives you everythin you need to get that engine in!!good luck
