I need help removing a crankshaft balancer/vibration dampener from a '91 cutlass ciera. The manual i have says it should come off by hand, but it hasnt budged after using pry bars and dampener removers. Is there some sort of "trick" involved with removing it?

I need help removing a crankshaft balancer/vibration dampener from a '91 cutlass ciera. The manual i have says it should come off by hand, but it hasnt budged after using pry bars and dampener removers. Is there some sort of "trick" involved with removing it?
I also need help as I have found a balancer in a scrap yard and want to put it on my 1990 (as it's balancer fell apart) and have reached the same stage as you. Got the bolt undone but cant budge it at all. What else is holding it there?

There is a special puller for removing the balancer.
