97 PA Turn signal flasher change

First of all, the flasher is $45,only a dealer item,can u believe that crap?Now it's to the right of the steering column under the dash,I can't get my hands up there to unplug it,any suggestions.Thx Tom

Have you got any kids around the house? If so, show one where it is and tell them you will give them a whole box of cookies to change it.
It is amazing what little arms with a little motivation can do!!
