Ok after searching I still haven't found what I'm looking for. What type of headers would produce more HP & TQ, a 4-1 or a 4-2-1? Also is a 1 piece better than a 2 piece? I know the 2 piece is going to be heavier but does it serve any purpose other than an easier install?

4-1

Yeah a 4-2-1 will give you more "mid range" but on a Honda its not worth it. Go with a 4-1.

Naw, 4-2-1 is worth getting the "mid range" that it offers over the 4-1. 4-1 will give you alot more hight end power which is where you will be at if you want a Honda to move. Also, SS>Ceramic.

Ceramic > SS

Really? I'm pretty partial to SS.

Ceramic is better because it dissipates heat better than stainless steel. Ceramic is more susceptible to cracks and stuff, but it's unlikely that it would happen. People like stainless steel because it's shiny, ceramic is better for performance.
