I have a 2000 Isuzu Trooper 4WD. My check engine light came on. I had the error code checked and it is showing a P0101 error "Mass Air Flow Sensor Signal Error Fault". Any information to solved this problem would be appreciated. I can be contacted also at kg_1230@yahoo.com.

Yes I have a K&N filter.

The problem is that some of the oil from the filter is now on the senor wires (bare wires) of the MAFs. You will need to remove it and carefully clean it. You may want to google for how to clean it.
