Any tips on how, and what to use to clean this puppy?

remove the 2 screws holding the sensor into the housing and use carb cleaner and a toothbrush to clean the wires - BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SENSOR WIRES WHILE CLEANING

Carb cleaner will leave a residue. You'll have better results with a good brake cleaner.

What exactly is the MAF sensor, and where is it located? I know my truck has one, just don't knwo where. Thanks

Its a engine sensor that detects the volume of air being drawn into the engine. It should be connected to your air intake box.
