How good is the traction on Ford vans?

Hi all!

I am writing to ask a question, I just started a janitorial company in the Philadelphia Area and I was wondering how good is the van's traction in the snow? I know that they don't come with a 4wd feature like the Chevy and I do like the Ford. Also since I will have to be out in all kinds of weather do you think the Ford is reliable?

I appreciate your responses and as you see I own a Honda Passport but I need more room, business, and most importantly a van!

I really can't inform you about any newer ford vans... mine is an '88 and they don't plow where I live... I keep m&s traction tires on the rear and don't have much problems. Isnt the excursion available in AWD?
