I'm hoping someone can help me, the manual doesn't show a 3.8 in the schematics. Could someone tell me where the fuel pump relay is and if there is any fuses along the way besides the ones in the fuse box?

look underhood by the relays on pass side (opposite side of battery). Should be small box with standard fuse this is your fp fuse. If that is good and fuel pump has no hum once key is turned on gotta drop your tank and replace fuel pump.

I believe that's a 2.8. Anyhow, I found the problem today. It was the fuel pump relay switch which was located on the drivers side under a 3' x 7' black plastic cover between the battery and the strut. Thanks for the info though, appreciate the help.
