Ok I got the problem fixed when I use to come to a stop it died but I got that fixed now all of a sudden when you push on gas the rpms go to 2 and get stuck on 2 makes the car speed up and when I go to stop it is still rpm at 2 and makes my brakes smoke from trying to stop. Does anyone know why I disperatly need help with this thing its a 1996 ford windstar 3.8. Thanks

Check and be sure the drivers floor mat is not holding the gas pedal down, very common with aftermarket or home made floor mats.

No the gas petal isn't stuck on floor mat. LOL! Any more ideas.

Maybe a sticking throttle cable?

Looks like you just spent tons on a new engine , Then IAC , and other parts for stalling. Take it back to where it was fixed and have them recheck it. Maybe bent throttle cable, or one of those new parts put on incorrectly?
