power steering noise

Q... Got a 2002 f150 4x4 (45,000 Km) that makes a pisz-pisz-pisz noise while turning the wheel to the left. Makes it a little when I turn it to the right. (not the same as the full locked over noise that most cars make) Started one day and never went away. works ok other wise...
