1989 Ram Van B250?

I just bought this van V8 360 3 speed tranny with 114,000 miles. Person that had it did regular maintenance but I am curious as to what are potential problems with this van and preventative maintenance I should do.

Things already done
regular oil changes 2500 miles
Transmission fluid changed at about 100K
Brakes in good shape.
Belts and hoses look fine

Also 114,000 is a lot of miles so how many miles have other van owners with the V8 360 gotten out of their vans
