I've recently decided to revive my 1990, but I'm not completely sure what model it is. I just pulled the transmission (two barrel) and tried to match it up with a model listed in the Haynes manual. The problem is that I know the engine is a V6, but the manual implies that the V6s only had one barrel carbs. So... Could anybody lend a hand in figuring this out? Any help would be much appreciated.

if it's a three speed, then it's the A-904 transmission. If it's a 4-speed overdrive unit, it's the A-500 transmission aka 42RH by Chrysler.

Ok, so it was late and I was thinking about ten things at once. I know there's no such thing as a two barrel tranny... I meant the carburetor. Its a V6 with a two barrel Holley carb, it has the numbers 3443 cast about 2 inches above Holley on the front, but I have yet to find that listed as one of the models. With this in mind, does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for the response though.

do you have an overdrive on/off switch somewhere near your dashboard? If you don't like it was mentioned before you have the 3 speed A-904 transmission.
