99 TS AC condensation water under right carpet

My 99 TS is with AC.
The water from AC condensation goes to the inside passenger floor, under the carpet.
I heard that the AC reception basket drain gets clogged and can be opened from under car... How do I find the right conduit ?

Its a rubber hose that pokes out of the firewall about in the middle about an inch or two in a (hopefully) slightly downward direction. Some models have a right angle elbow but others don't. It seems that the ones without the elbow are the ones that have the problem. You can get an elbow to add on at a dealer or some automotive shops.
To unplug it, you can try sticking a wire into the hose. If that doesn't work, you may have to tear apart the underside of the dash to get at it from the inside.
Are you sure it's not a heater core?
