Luos, if that isn't enough power, you could go for the 548 my dad installed in Thumper ('78 Vette). Somewhere in the vicinity of 750HP, never dyno'd though because of the short time we had to get it ready for Vette Magazine. Only problem is you'd be stuck changing out the plugs each time you shut the thing down.

Mine will have dome pistons (should be atleast 13.0:1 compression with my heads), 5.7 inch H-beam rods, steel crank (stock 400 stroke), .640-.650 lift roller cam, roller lifters, 2.08/1.6 valves, either 58 or 64cc chambers (I dont know which my heads are, but they are one of the two), 1.5 ratio rockers, Victor Jr. ported intake, Mallory UniLite distributor, and 750 cfm 4bbl race carb. That should be good for 500 hp.

Just like to convey a thought regarding the upcoming AF Awards, this will be my first witness of the festivities but my thought goes mainly to what should be a very special award. Although I have not been a member of AF for very long and admittedly, other than reading a few of his posts, I really have not gotten to know Hypsi87 as well as the majority of the members in the Street Racing Forum (as well as other Forums) have. I did notice though that from all of the outpouring demonstrated from the members here at AF after his tragic passing and the reading of all the posts regarding the subject as well as things said in his memory, that Andy obviously was an all around good person, always there to offer his knowledge that he gained from his relatively short life, passing along advice, willing to help out fellow members in words as well as hands on help if he was close enough to get there. It is very plainly evident with all the pics and in memorium posts and signatures that a lot of members have, demonstrates the fact of what a good person he was and that he will be sorely missed by a lot of people for a long time to come.

Granted from reading last years awards ceremony it seemed to be a serious and yet somewhat whimsical kind of thing, but all that aside this one award given in memoriam to someone who's short life on this earth has affected a lot of people, it should go to somebody deserving of that particular honor, somebody that exibits the charactor, class, personality, and generosity of the namesake this award was named after.

I'm sure "Killah" has these very thoughts in mind when it comes to giving it out, but when nomination time comes around I hope whom ever the nominees become for this award are truly people who display those same qualities as the awards namesake did.
