just get ahold of a door lock remote system and put it in line with your trunk button

any if not all keyless entry/ alarm systems have the output for trunk release. just as tj said its a matter of tagging a wire and running it to the system. this may require a relay. If you don't feel up to it, there's really alot on the line as far as the circuitry of your vehicle is concered, and I would recommend going to a pro b/c its usually less than $100 for the system with installation.
