94 tracker cold start up idles to fast too long

my 94 tracker idles too fast too long at cold start up.friends 94 tracker at cold start up is 2000 rpm to 800 rpm in a 3 min. time span. my tracker takes 5 to 6 mins. changed alot of things still does it . does anyone know why ?

not really sure but try checking the air flow or your thermostat
