I have been driving my '99 3.8L with the windows open, now that the weather has gotten more tolerable, and hear a noticable clicking noise when the automatic transmissions shifts gears.

I flushed the fluid (Mercon V) last year and it seems to shift smooth.

Is this anything I should be concerned with or does it indicate possible problems?
