Thanks all O2 Sensors are always a B1$#% to remove, mostly because of location and difficulty getting to them. 1 thing I would have to say is make sure the engine is completely cold before attempting - 2 reasons, a hot exhuast pipe is too comfortable to rub against and it will be easier to loosen when cold (heat makes everything expand therefore making everything tighter). Also, I am not sure of the location of you O2 sensor. but on my 94 it is impossible to use the O2 Sensor sockets, always had to use a wrech to remove (7/8" or 22mm something like that). vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
