I believe the Camshaft Position Sensor is under the distributor cap, but I could be wrong (that's where it is on the 1992 4.0 motor).

The camShaft Position Sensor Is located under the Distributor Cap like GREGA said. The CrankShaft Position Sensor is located on the Driverside of the Transmission Bellhousing.
