I have a 2001 honda civic and i am going to get altezza tails and a aluminum spoiler. Before i do i just wanted to see some pics of 2001 civics with tails or a wing on it, just to get an idea of what it would look like. Please post some pics.....thanks:smoker2:

LOL j/k...just TRY to keep it clean...hopefully you dont have the led washer lights or anything like that :rolleyes: I have a couple of 7th gen coupes...but to lazy to look for them now, i'll post em soon...oh yea and welcome to AF :)

Here's a nice coupe. Still has that clean ride. I cant remember if it had altezzas or not. Anywho(lol) nice civic

In my Opinion, ALL Aluminum Spoilers look stupid, Do yourself a favor, don't get the spoiler, and stick with RED/CLEAR taillights not Altezzas

Ive got a 2002 ex and i have c/f tails on it and they look tight as hell.
Yeah dont put a damn spoiler on it unless you have a body kit with rims

Im putting a ww flare kit and Konig rated r's on my ride.

With a kit and rims my opinion is you still shouldn't put a aluminum/metal/cf/titanium wing on your ass.

if you are gonna get a spoiler... get the OEM wing from honda... cant go wrong with that... its high-quality... clean yet a bit aggressive... besides... the wing from honda is designed for it... and some aluminum wings look dope... but in the long run... its just gonna slow u down... that and them big wings make it hard to see cars behind u... das not good cuz u cant tell if a cop is tailin u... lol...

Just as long as you don't go overboard and get one of those 21 inch high double decker ones, they can look pretty good. I haven't seen one yet on a 7th gen civic. I have an 11in one on my 6th gen, and I think it looks good.
They're different, and that's why I started liking them. :)

oh i get it, yeah the car you posted does look nice in the second pic but altezzas on a door door look better in some cases and metal wings can be done tastefully if you get the right size for the car.

I Disagree Totally, Metals Wings are Ugly. Basically, the tin foil wing is used for racing, and when your racing you care about speed not looks. But if you don't plan on racing,

I agree though that a lot of people get ghey ass ugly ones and give them a bad name. There's this saturn at my school with a big ass triple decker one LOL

believe me that some wings are ugly and i think that 01civicboy does plan on racing it because we are in the same car club and i know him personally.

An Aluminum wing is fine on a Race Car. But your friend, who wants the wing... you said he is going to race... I hope his race car isn't his Daily Driver...
