vortech has a very high failure rating, beyondloadedSE will be able to give you alot more awnsers than I could

Im pretty sure the vorcrap *cough* vortech kit will work on your 95 contour. The earlier vortech had a 100% failure rate. Every person that had the kit, stripped their jackshaft and some had oil leak issues. They've since updated their design with 3 pins to hold the jackshaft in place. However, they've also dropped some essentials out of the kit but tacked another $1000 onto the kit. :banghead: You'll still need some sort of fuel management and some other parts. By the time you factor in all the neccessary parts your looking at about the same price or more than the turbo kit thats offered. Not to mention, the turbo kit makes TONS more power under the curve, since the T-28 kit makes FULL boost at 2,800 rpms while the Vortech is just starting to make boost at about 3,500 rpms and doesnt make full boost until redline or thereafter. The ADC turbo kit comes with headers, intercooler, and fuel management that the Vortech doesn't.
