vibration at35mph

I get a power on vibration at around 35mph. It goes away when I speed up. I wiggled the drive shaft last night and it needs new bearings for sure. Anybody want to confirm that bad u-joints could cause a vibration under power at a specific speed?
Cary B350 15 pass. van 5.8L 3spd auto

in additon I just had new tires iin front put on and an alignment.

I just got it back from the shop. New u-joints took care of the vibration. COOL! Happy Dance, Burning Man here I come.
