Could be selling the maro... but not for awhile.

So yeah, I dont need too much advice here, but feel free to sway me in a direction, if there even really is one.

So anywho I was thinking about things, this fall I will be going to automotive school (Renton Voc-Tech incase anyone cares) and I will hopefully have time to finish the mods I have started (exhaust done, N20 half way done, intake stuff soon). Make something that someone could drive, but also take down to the track for a little drag racing fun. So it also occured to me that I will have anywhere from about 10,000 to 15,000 left over in cash after college. So I figure, why not sell the camaro and buy a new car. Also my graduation year should be 2007 I believe which means that a new camaro might be out. But if one isnt out I could also get a chevelle (another hopeful) or perhaps a monte carlo (and they are finally going back to the small block). But another option struck me as well. Rather than a new car, get a car that meant something to me. See my dad's ex girlfriend (when I was about 11 or 12) had the 1987 Buick Grand National that was later stolen, a serious disappiontment, I really did love that car, it was so much fun. So I thought about it and with the left over money plus the camaro money I could by a GN with cash. But also I could just save up and once I graduate I could keep the maro and buy a GN, but I prolly couldnt buy a new car with that plan if I wanted... so its a ways away, but any opinions on what I should do?

Go with the Monte, if the Camaro or Chevelle arent around by then, actually if I were you i'd wait even after that because 09.. seems to be the new projection date. So yeah, the GN.. I would but dont know man, finally after college and stuff wouldnt you want a car with no problems by then? I say wait on it till later.

Looks the same to me, besides the front end looks lightly restyled. But even still, 5.3L is wayyyyy too much power to be having in a FWD vehicle. They need to convert it RWD. That would be one sick ride then.

I think it looks good enough. And it having 300 HP is pretty badass too.

For putting big ass engine in I here you want either the 78 or 79 monte due to EPA and stuff, you all might remember in the movie "training day" denzel drove a black one and I must say, that thing was sweet.

Also as a side note: GM by 2007 will most likely have RWD monte carlos

:iagree: with everything too.

Btw here's the Monte Carlo he's talking about... and Training Day was my fav movie of that year.. denzel was awesome.
