so its monday and i picked my brother up at high school a different one than where i go and i go cruising were every body races and i see this blue si with i-h-e probably more well he tells me you wanna drive and we go make a u turn and line up no one waved i have it in nutral and were revin and he goes i put it drive my stupid car takes about 2 sec to get in drive so he gets like a car and a half head start on me i i catch up to him in a couple seconds and lose by half a car now i know how to launch my car so im going racing friday im looking for that si for my rematch im going to win this time

You're not going to win with an automatic transmission. :)

and if i was told correctly, the talon TSI which is the same car, is faster as an auto, something about not losing much boost in the auto shift

I really don't think you should be switching it from nuetral to drive when you launch, unless you got a ton of money for trannies
