got my KYB AGX's in todayAznVirus 07-23-2001, 10:24 PM damn i love my ride now, its a nice feel, even though it is a bit bumpy, but thats ok. my car is lowered about 2.2 inches. if your going to get new shocks/struts, go with KYB. kenchan 07-23-2001, 10:36 PM cool dude! :D this is on your P10, right? :D you'll get use to the firm sus in no-time. AznVirus 07-23-2001, 10:46 PM ya its in my P10. now im working at a body kit for my car. JustinP10 07-24-2001, 04:35 PM What settings are you running on your AGX's? With my GC's being 340f/350R spring rates, i usually run 2F and 3R on the street. Also what STB are you running? Oh yeah, how did you get your car that low? Isn't it about out of travel that low? I'm just curious because I had the intrax springs on my old car, it was lowered a lot too, and it would bottom out quite a bit. Thanks kenchan 07-24-2001, 04:53 PM coool! :D yah wanna be careful with how low you go...don't set it too soft if your ride is low. you will full bump the shocks on the xpressway on dips and bumps and stuff. primera man 07-24-2001, 05:08 PM Get some pics up soon !!!...it should be looking really nice with that drop now:) P10DET 07-24-2001, 09:55 PM Originally posted by AznVirus damn i love my ride now, its a nice feel, even though it is a bit bumpy, but thats ok. my car is lowered about 2.2 inches. if your going to get new shocks/struts, go with KYB. Cool! :) What spring rates are you running? I was running 340/275 but changed over the weekend to 275/200. I like the 275/200 a lot. Not exactly track springs, but wonderful for the street. :jump: AznVirus 07-24-2001, 10:37 PM i dont really know my spring rates cause my friend got them straight from japan. im sure a lot of you dont know the company Espelir. anyways, my settings for the AGXs are 3F and 7R. ya ill get the pics up soon hopefully. poppy_morenito 07-25-2001, 10:33 AM I get mine on my car today !!!! What should I tell the installers to set them too... ??? AznVirus 07-25-2001, 02:25 PM what kind of springs did you get and how much does it lower the car? heres how the adjustments go... Front ------- 1 = Loosest 2 = Loose (stock shocks) 3 = Stiff 4 = Stiffest Rear ------ 1 = Very Loose 2 = Looser 3 = Loose 4 = Average (stock shocks) 5 = A Bit Stiffer than average 6 =Stiff 7 = Stiffer 8 = Stiffest well basically, the higher the number, the stiffer your ride is going to be. these adjustments arent so accurate, but its just based on my conclusion. hope it helps you. kenchan 07-27-2001, 02:09 AM does Kayaba offer rehauls in the US? Nismoboy1 07-27-2001, 02:13 PM i think he means, do they rebuild shocks??? or i could be wrong  vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
