I'm looking at 85 Monte SS with a 400ci engine and a 323 rear end and several other mods. Plus new paint and wheels (rather have the stock alloys but of well.) Is 3100 a good price. the car has about 100k miles on it but the motor only has like 35k

As long as there is no rust, and Your Abosolutely sure about the engine... Its a decent price
