Squeaking when turn right

I have 2002 tahoe 4wd with 42k miles that squeaks when I turn the steering wheel to the right. It does not do this when I tunn left. The front brakes are good and I just replaced the back brakes and I am still having problem. Any suggestions? MIkeman28 08-06-2005, 11:53 PM checked the Power steering pump?
