tie rod replacment 92 civic

are there any special tools to remove and replace tie rods?what other things should i consider fixing while i do these and the brakes?also does the resevoir for the brakes feed into some kind of proportioning valve to reduce rear pressure?

No you dont need special tools for tie rod replacement, just a wrench(forget size) and some thing to hold the inner tie rod while removing the outer, I use beak type channel locks.

Make sure to put a mark on the inner rod where the outer ends, this way your less likely to mess up the alignment. The alignment point that will get messed up is toe and that can greatly affect TIRE WEAR, steering wheel location, pulling. If any of those happen after make sure to have it aligned ASAP.

yes there is a prop valve.
