I have a 2000 sentra SE and a 1997 Altima, They both have 15 in. rims, are the lug patterns they same, I want to swap rims. Is it possible.

Count the lug nuts and measure diagonally from the center of one nut accross to the center of another. Patterns are, "number of lugs" X "the diameter of the circle measured that would pass threw the center of each lug".
