Heater core... Do u notice ur coolant levels getting lower? Or a strange smell when u turn the heater on, if so its the heatercore....

If not, your A/C Drain system could be clogged.

Had the same thing. Your A/C is trying to drain.

Easy: Find the drain valve on the engine side of the firewall. It's a black rubber tube about 1/2 in diam. It was right next to the firewall. the black box on the inside floor is your reference of height. Stick stomething in the valve, squeeze it, find a way to release the little bit of trash that somehow finds it way in there. You might as well check the back one as well. It is at the right rear tire somewhere back ther (can't remember exact location).

All I did, once I found the valve up front, was squeeze the thing and the water flushed out, never a problem since. Get something to put some space between your carpet, pad and floor after you suck the water out the carpet and pad so you don't have mildew smells.

good luck

This happened to me...in my case it was NOT the AC, and it was actually due to a crack in the trim on the outside of the windshield (lower plastic piece by the wipers). At some point in time, the windshield was replaced and when the trim piece that the wipers protrude from was reinserted, the screws were over torqued causing the plastic to crack. In addition, I had one critical screw missing...it was the one positioned right over the clean air intake box. As a result, water would drip down through the open hole and crack and into the blower motor and onto the floormat on the passenger side. Chevy dealer couldn't figure this out...but I finally did. I replaced the screw and covered the crack with silcone caulk and have never seen a drop since.

Good luck...hope this is your case because it's an easy fix. Mildew is not pleasant!
