I had placed this on the Caprice forum with little luck. I ordered a new one online, it takes care of the cruise, wiper/washer operation. I had the steering wheel off which was no help.

Do I have to drop the steeing column? There is one wire that snakes through the column, the lever looks like it pops right in.
