My girl friend has i believe a 2002 Neon .At times the dash lights and dome light go out and wont come back on .Theres a fuse box under the hood that has one fuse that has a plastic thing hooked to it that looks like a fuse puller .The diagram on the cover says this is for the dash lights so i pull it up but it wont come out all the way .This resets something as the lights will work ok for a week or so ,then the same thing happens .Any one got any ideas .Arnie

Surely someone has had this problem before .Any one know where you can look through the factory service bulletins on this car? Arnie
