just had problems with the water pump, so after taking a long time to finally find one i put it on. when after putting the new pump on the car will barely start and wont stay running. i checked all the lines and everything is connected fine and i didnt miss anything but i still cant find the problem. and now it smokes a little and stuff when trying to start it.
any help would be appreciated

yea but it only overheated in my driveway, and was shut down quickly. someone else i talked to said it could have a warped head but it only overheated like 2 minutes and it doesnt leak any fluids at all

its really hard to tell what happend when it over heated. check the dip stick and look for water beads on it. if you find water in the oil thaen you have a craked head or a blown head gasket
