The problems I am having seems to be an on going problem with alot of other people with the same engines. Rough idle after warming up, funny thing is, Is I have read so many different possiblities as to why. Anyways, I have replaced the map sensor, replaced all 3 coils, even tried a new tps, and cleaned the throttle body very good all with no luck. Just when I was about to give up, and sell my car, I went out to the car this morning, and decided to check out the egr, after reading on another forum about cleaning all 3 pintles. So I decided to try that. Well it had alot of carbon build up on all 3, and one of the pintles is stuck..Will not move at all. My question is, Is all 3 pintles suppose to move, and if taken apart should they be able to come out? Because only 2 of mine will. Also if this is an ongoing problem how come gm is not doing anything to fix this problem? Oh wait...Gosh how silly of me, A. They don't care, and B. It would cost them money to fix "they're" problem, Its not "they're" car, it's ours meaning our problem...Right? So "we" have to fix "they're" problem on "our" car, that "they" designed and built. I really wish someone "Attorney" that is, and many owners would all get together, and throw in another class action lawsuit. Ok so they improved certain things on newer models, what about those of us that do not have the newer models? All this is solely my opinion is all. Sorry did not mean any offense to anyone.

Well, Davy, i understand your frustration, and in a way I agree with you. Best thing is bite the immediate bullet and get a new EGR, as all 3 pintles should move, far as I know.
