I have a 95 neon and it will turn over and start but only if u step on the gas at the start, then it will stay on. But if u do not touch the gas then the car will die right after u start it. all hoses checked, everything checks out, any help would be great thanx

Could be your EGR valve sticking on you. You can pull it out and try cleaning with something like WD-40, you can replace it, or you can block it off. A new one from the dealer will run you around $80-$90.
