Can't keep drive belts on 97 Ram!kkirby 06-30-2005, 05:46 PM Hey all, I have a 97 Ram. I go through a drive belt every three months. It start squeeling on damp days and eventually squeals at all times. I'll get tired of it and change it. I am using Gates belts. I have installed a new tensioner and new water pump and see no visible pully problems. Any advice out there??? BleedDodge 06-30-2005, 05:56 PM Try a different brand of belt.
