Help!!!! I am trying to find a wiring diagram for the climate control in this car, all the LED's are not lighting up and since I am an electronics guy I would like to try and fix this. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be the Helms GM service manual for the Regal although I've seen it quite vague on HVAC control and dash related problems. It does have block diagrams which may or may not be useful. The Haynes and Chiltons are too generic and useless in trying to get down to component level.
