Electric window problems

My 1997 3500 RAM WAGON has an issue where the electric windows do not operate up or down. I have check the fuze in the fuze box and it is good. I have checked the fuze block and it is recieving power. However both the left and right windows do not operate. I have had to replace the wiring harness on it about two years ago. Due to short in the harness.

The schematics in Haynes doesn't indicate much about the window wiring. Does anyone know if there are fuzed links embeded in the harness or maybe I am missing something under the dash that needs to be checked. THANKS Bob

UPDATE: I have discovered that while I'm receiving power at the fuse block there is a short somewhere between the fuse block and the left door switch (assuming all the power goes through there and then to the other door). The breaker trips and becomes hot when the ignition is turned on. I can't really tell which wire is coming from that connection in the fuze block. Now I am into ripping out the dash. Please feel free to offer any clues. Thanks Bob
