Where is the panel getting hung up? I'm not quite sure about the 95, but my 96 had a reflector at the back part of the door panel and if I remember corectly there was a screw under it, there should be screws on the door pull as well they may be covered by trim caps. If you hav found all of the screws and removed the window crank handle then the only thong left would be the plastic push pins that you may need to use needle nose pliers to get them to work out of their holes. after that the panel should lift up and off.
Hope this helps.

ok what you need to do is remove the 1 behind the door lock slider... thing... pull the slider out.. then the plate that surrounds the door handle(interior) then take out the 5 screws.. i think from the outside edge of the door starting at the inside and work your way around to the bottom ... next there is one big bolt hidded underneath the armrest on an angle of the door panel.. next there underneath the door handle is 1 black screw.. that should be on the plastic... get that one.. now starting from the bottome pull the door panel off fairly hard.. it will come out.. and go all the around and work your way to the top.. once you get there.. pull the door panel upwards and its off...
Of corse getting the seatbelt out of the way ....

u dont have power windows so this part sucks....if you take a rag and slide it down between the door and the window crank and pull it back and forth (kinda like if you were trying to saw it off) it should snag the clip and pull it right off. When you put the window crank back on put the clip on first THEN put the crank on. It will save you a ton of hassel trying to put it back together.

The door panel is held in by clips once you get all the screws out so it does take force to pull it off...just make sure you get them all out so u dont bust your door panel. Ive had to do this several times so if anybody elses instructions dont help you let me know and i'll try to explain it in better detail for you. Hope this helps
