I'm fairly new to DIY auto repair and am wondering how difficult it is to replace both front upper control arms in my 92 Accord LX. I also need to replace the front rotors, calipers and pads. Do these jobs require any special tools other than the run of the mill items i'll have in my tool box? Any suggestions on how to tackle this project? I'll take all the help I can get.

Not extremely difficult for someone who is fairly handy. My best advice for you would be to go down to your local auto parts store and pick up a Haynes manual. You will get detailed instructions on how to do the work.

upper control arms are a few bolts. as for brakes if your taking it to have it resufaced, just bring your calipers along with you to have the pistons pushed back in. or go buy one.
